Capital City Glass can trace its origins back to 1980 when Butch Runestrand opened the doors in Little Canada, MN. In the eleven years of service, Butch added Dick Yeske and Tom Schloer to his growing company. In 1991, Butch decided to sell his company to Gary Mulcahy and continued on as an Estimator, Dick as a Project Manager, and Tom as a Glazier.  Almost 15 years after the business was sold to Gary Mulcahy, Tom ventured out and re-opened Capital City Glass, Inc., putting Capital City Glass back on the map.

With over 100 years of combined experience in estimating, sales, and service, we provide quality in all aspects of our work predominantly in the Twin Cities. We are members of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
